Unleashed performance
More agile steering, more comfortable manoeuvring
With the V6S R-Line comes all-wheel steering, the rear wheels are turned to an angle opposite to the front wheels up to 37km/h. The turning circle is reduced by more than one metre as a result. At a higher speed, the rear wheels are turned in the same direction as the front wheels. The Touareg is therefore more agile and more stable when changing lanes.
Riding on air
The new Touareg V6S R-Line lets you decide what type of driving experience you want. Depending on the driving mode, the optional air suspension lifts the vehicle to a ground clearance of 258mm. The rear of the vehicle can also be lowered by 40mm for convenient loading or unloading.
Braked towing capacity 3.5 tonnes
With 3.5 tonne braked towing capacity the new Touareg is tailor made for your Kiwi summer adventures. Whether towing a boat or pulling a campervan to scenic spots, The Touareg ensures a seamless and stress-free towing experience.
